Nobody. No President, Director, Controller, Board, Advertising team, Political entity, Religious entity, Personal entity, etc. At least not directly. It’s a computer protocol. It is the most chaotic “search and study” I have ever encountered yet with no “leader” it has managed to function uninterrupted for 130,000 consecutive hours...that’s 15 years! Zero down-time. Screw the fact it has increased in value 1,000,000,000%.
